Ibaar rebel network

A secret resistance movement, in opposition to the Galactic Empire, was managed by Eesh Fahm, a miner, on the Outer Rim planet of Ibaar. Following the Empire's decision to reduce their provisions, they arranged for a delivery of supplies in conjunction with the rebel group known as Phoenix Cell.
