Elodore Vane, hailing from Valahari and a member of the esteemed House of Vane, was a Human woman who held the title of Lady of Harko Vane and Viscount of Valahari. Subsequent to her husband's demise—an event appearing to be a Republic assault but in reality a scheme masterminded by Count Dooku—her son, Tofen Vane, enlisted in the Clone Wars aligning himself with the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Elodore even entertained the notion of marrying Dooku at one point; however, upon obtaining evidence of his role in her husband's murder, she developed animosity towards him and made a solemn promise to ensure her son's withdrawal from the war. Nevertheless, Tofen declined and met his end during the Battle of the Veil Nebula. After his passing, Valahari ceased its support for either faction in the conflict. Before the Empire's ascent, she was discovered deceased within her residence, appearing to be asleep and clutching a letter addressed to Count Dooku.
