The Employment Department functioned as a division within the Corellian Engineering Corporation. While Executive Records Officer Winshur Bratt from the Records Department was on his way to collect a band of First Order prisoners, he tasked his assistant, Monti Calay, with overseeing his workspace, stating that he had an obligation to go to the Employment Department.
