The Enterprise Zone existed within the Lowlands area of the planet Aldhani. The Galactic Empire compelled uprooted Dhanis originating from the Highlands to reside in the Enterprise Zone while factories, new urban centers, and Imperial residences were erected. Following the Enterprise Zone's development, only a limited number of Dhanis remained as inhabitants, most notably ghoat-herders.
Lieutenant Gorn, the rebel spy, had the goal of diverting the focus of the Aldhani Garrison toward the Lowlands as a means of creating a diversion.
