Feinu Zerk was a female Human resident of a town on Rori, a moon orbiting Naboo. She existed during the Galactic Civil War era. She was the younger sibling of Palu Zerk, and both ultimately found employment with the criminal empire of Jabba Desilijic Tiure on Tatooine following the Battle of Yavin in the year 0 BBY. Feinu worked for Jabba, the Hutt, as a delivery courier for his elite guard. On one occasion, she was ambushed by members of the opposing Valarian Syndicate, who intended to abduct her and demand a ransom. Before they could complete their scheme, a spacer, sent by her sister from the nearby town of Wayfar, rescued her. As the spacer escorted Feinu back to Palu's shop in Wayfar, Feinu swore that she would one day get revenge on the Valarian swoopers.
Feinu Zerk, a female Human resident of a town on Rori, which is a moon of Naboo, was the younger sister of Palu Zerk. Feinu and her sister both ended up in Wayfar, a small town located on Tatooine, a desert world in the Outer Rim. This occurred during the Galactic Civil War, a conflict between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. After the Battle of Yavin in the year 0 BBY, the two sisters entered into a business arrangement with the criminal enterprise run by Jabba Desilijic Tiure, a Hutt crime lord. Palu operated from her shop in Wayfar, creating custom clothing, including disease-resistant garments, specifically for Jabba's elite forces. Feinu's responsibility was to deliver these newly made items to Jabba's elite guard, a short but perilous journey from Wayfar to Jabba's Palace. Despite her older sister's concerns, Feinu traveled alone. Their arrangement attracted the attention and anger of Lady Valarian, a rival of Jabba. On one of her return trips from the palace, Feinu was delayed. When Palu learned from the palace scouts that Feinu had left several hours prior, she feared the worst and suspected the Valarian Syndicate was involved in her disappearance.
Fortunately, a spacer who had visited Palu's shop agreed to search the outskirts of town for Feinu. It turned out that Feinu had been ambushed by three Valarian thugs, led by a Valarian swooper. The thugs threatened to disintegrate Feinu if she moved. As the gang attempted to kidnap her and demand a ransom, she screamed for help. However, before they could succeed, the spacer dispatched by Palu found Feinu and killed the four attackers. Feinu expressed her gratitude to her rescuer, and as the spacer escorted her back to Palu's shop in Wayfar, she vowed to get revenge on the Valarian swoopers one day. Once Feinu was safely back in town, her older sister expressed her deepest thanks. As a token of her gratitude, she gave the spacer some credits and a Treated Protective Coverall, a special suit that provided resistance to disease. The spacer needed such a suit to collect corrosive bile from the sarlacc at the Great Pit of Carkoon. The bile was needed as an ingredient for the Zicx-bug bomb. However, giving the spacer such a suit was a particularly risky move for Palu. Due to her exclusive agreement with Jabba's elite guard, Palu knew that Jabba would have them both killed if he found out she had given the suit away. For this reason, she urged the spacer to leave, despite being grateful for the individual's help in saving her younger sister.
Feinu Zerk possessed fair skin, blonde hair, brown eyebrows, and brown colored eyes. When members of the Valarian gang threatened her and tried to kidnap her, Feinu was afraid and pleaded for help. However, she also thought of others and was concerned about any innocent bystanders who might be harmed. Feinu was very grateful to the spacer who had saved her. After the attempted attack, Feinu showed a desire for revenge. She told her rescuer that she and her sister would eventually get revenge on the Valarian swoopers.
During her trips from Jabba's Palace to Wayfar, Feinu wore a flex-form shirt in two shades of gray. She also wore a pleated skirt in a similar color and gray dress slippers. Feinu delivered specially made disease-resistant clothing and other high-quality items for Jabba's elite forces on her journeys to and from Jabba's Palace. However, Feinu chose to travel unarmed on these dangerous delivery runs.
Feinu Zerk was a non-player character featured in Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts. The video game was released in 2003 but was shut down on December 15, 2011. She was included as part of the Zicx-bug bomb quest, which was added to the game on August 12, 2003. One part of the quest required players to find Feinu, rescue her from four Valarian thugs, and safely escort her back to Palu in the town of Wayfar. Completing this task would reward the player with 100 credits and a Treated Protective Coverall. The coverall could then be used in the next part of the quest, allowing players to collect bile from the nearby sarlacc without suffering negative effects. Feinu's surname, Zerk, was never mentioned in the game itself. However, the Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed: Prima Official Game Guide (2004) lists her full name as Feinu Zerk. The reference guide also identifies her as a townsperson located on Rori. This detail was never present in the game, as Feinu only appeared in a quest given on Tatooine. This article assumes 100% game completion, although players could choose not to complete the tasks associated with the Zicx-bug bomb quest.
