Fel II held the title of second Galactic Emperor of the galaxy during the reign of the Fel dynasty.
Jagged Fel fathered Emperor Fel II, who in turn fathered Roan Fel. Fel II was also the grandfather of Marasiah Fel and the uncle of Mohrgan Fel.
Early in Fel II's reign, the Imperial Knight Treis Sinde was in his service. The Emperor later commented on Sinde's characteristic obstinacy to Roan, his son.
