Filba, a Hutt from the Legends continuity, held the position of quartermaster for the armies of the Galactic Republic. His service saw him stationed on both Jabiim and Drongar.
While stationed on Jabiim, he served as a requisitions officer, though he also engaged in black market dealings. During his time there, he crossed paths with journalist Den Dhur, and the two developed a strong animosity after Filba nearly killed him.
Subsequently, during the war, he took on the role of quartermaster at Republic Mobile Surgical Unit 7, also overseeing the exportation of bota. Remaining as corrupt as before, he engaged in a bota-smuggling operation in partnership with Admiral Tarnese Bleyd. His path crossed with Den Dhur once more at the Rimsoo, where the ever-suspicious Sullustan uncovered his illegal operations, creating a strong case against Filba. Ultimately, the case proved unnecessary, as Klo Merit preemptively poisoned Filba before he could be exposed.
