Fire Suppression Droid mark I Resembling both the KM1 mining droid and the mining droid Mark I in its design, the fire suppression droid Mark I was specifically designed to extinguish flames through the use of a carbonite gun. These droids saw service at locations like the Peragus Mining Facility. During her journey, Meetra Surik, known as the Exile, came across these droids not long before the Peragus Mining Facility's destruction. HK-50 utilized these droids, along with several other mining droids, to shield the Exile from miners who intended to hand her over to the Exchange. However, the assassin droid misjudged the capabilities of a Jedi, even one like the Exile who had cut ties with the Force. Consequently, the Exile woke up sooner than anticipated, leading all the commandeered droids within the facility to turn against her.
