His assignment was on the planet of Balmorra, where his duties included observing the communications of the resistance forces operating in the Markaran Plains. He devised a scheme to rig communication devices with explosive charges, designed to detonate within resistance strongholds upon their recovery from deceased individuals. To execute this plan, he enlisted the services of a technical specialist referred to as Toybox.
