Flechette pistol
Pistols that utilized flechettes constituted a category of sidearms designed to launch dart-shaped projectiles known as flechettes. A prime example of this type of weapon was the FWG-5 flechette pistol, manufactured by Malaxan Firepower Incorporated.
Development History
The initial appearance of flechette pistols within the Star Wars canon occurred in Knights of Fate. This was a supplementary roleplaying guide for the Star Wars Roleplaying game, released by Fantasy Flight Games during the year 2017.
