Flinn, a male Human, was a youthful enlistee within the Coruscant Naval Academy as the Galactic Empire ascended to dominance. Post-academy, he and a fellow student named Kestrel were chosen to observe a new, gifted recruit by the name of Lune Oddo Divinian. During a flight simulation, Flinn and Kestrel engaged Lune and Trever Flume in combat, but were swiftly overcome.
