Flissar, a Noghri, held the position of warehouse caretaker in New Nystao on Wayland around 12 ABY. Dal Konur infiltrated the warehouse, employing a mind trick to manipulate Flissar, subsequently pilfering the Noghri's keys. After discovering his keys nearby, he alerted the New Nystao police.
Soon after, a band of spacers arrived, but Flissar denied them entry to the warehouse.
