Akiva is a planet covered in jungle terrain, found within the Outer Rim Territories. Prior to 3 ABY, Jet Kordo recorded a message expressing their satisfaction with earlier work performed on Nar Shaddaa.
In the year 3 ABY, Kay Vess managed to pinpoint the vault's location. She used Jet Kordo's Holotracker in conjunction with a hologram disc recovered from a hutt thug operating in Akiva's Hunter's Canopy. Inside the vault, Vess discovered both the aforementioned audio recording from Kordo and a set of pants.
The forgotten vault is featured in the 2024 video game Star Wars Outlaws, which was created by Massive Entertainment and released by Ubisoft. It is among the various vaults accessible to players in the game, specifically as part of the "Jet Kordo's Legacy" mission.
