Gackle bat

The gackle bat, a predator that flew at night, originated from Yavin 4. They primarily consumed stintarils, paralyzing them with a venomous bite from their fangs.

Devaron was another planet where gackle bats could be located. Allegedly, Vilmarh Grahrk's ship, the Inferno, bore a resemblance to the gackle bat.

The gackle stalker represented a mutated form of the gackle bat.

Following the Battle of Yavin, several gackle bats were domesticated by the Exar Kun cultists, including one called Vin'Rith, and were employed to protect the Temple of Exar Kun.
