Garel City was a settlement situated on the Outer Rim Territories world of Garel. The Garel City Spaceport was located within its boundaries. Following Dhara Leonis's extraction from Project Harvester, the Leonis and Spanjaf clans resided there, concealing their true identities. After being compelled to depart from Lothal, the rebel group Phoenix Cell found haven and a short-term operational hub in the city. When the Galactic Empire discovered the rebels' existence on the planet, Phoenix Squadron's forced departure resulted in destruction to the city.
