Their governing body was the Garwian Unity, which held dominion over Solitair in addition to five colonized planets, one of which was Stivic. Within their area of the Unknown Regions, the Garwians were well-known as traders and merchants; furthermore, their planets functioned as important trade centers for numerous sentient species.
