The Gerrare residence was a modest, one-story white house, the property of Shayne Gerrare. Situated on the western edge of Gadrin, the back of the house was a mere hundred meters from the Cularin jungles, with small creatures sometimes venturing out to feed on the grass.
Despite its unassuming appearance, the house boasted a high-end security setup. One component of this system was a booby-trap that, when activated, delivered a potent electric shock if three individuals were present in the main hallway. The house contained two rooms on each side of the hallway: a bedroom, a kitchen, a study, and a communications center.
A conflict erupted on the front lawn of the house between members of the Cularin resistance and the Metatheran Cartel, who were attempting to seize Gerrare. This altercation resulted in burn marks on the front door.
