The initial appearance of the Gilded Descent Casino in Star Wars canon was in the 2018 comic book titled Han Solo - Imperial Cadet 2. It should be noted that the casino had been previously featured within the Star Wars Legends continuity in the 2011 video game Star Wars: The Old Republic.
