Gorry was a male Human belonging to the Mantellian Separatist Movement during the era of the Cold War on Ord Mantell. Alongside his droid companion, 4-SEN, he was stationed at the Separatist's Database warehouse in Mannett Point. It was there that the smuggler known as Ace infiltrated the facility, eliminating several soldiers in the process.
During the Cold War, Gorry, a male Human, resided on the planet of Ord Mantell, a world under Republic control located within the Bright Jewel system of the Mid Rim. He affiliated himself with the Mantellian Separatist Movement, an organization that stood in opposition to the planet's corrupt central government due to their allegiance to the Galactic Republic, advocating instead for independence. Gorry's involvement coincided with the Separatist War, a conflict between the separatists and both the government and the forces of the Republic Army.
For a portion of the war, Gorry and his droid 4-SEN found themselves stationed on the Separatist-held island of Mannett Point. Their assignment placed them among the soldiers tasked with guarding the Separatist's personnel database, housed within a captured warehouse on the island. During their tenure, the smuggler identified as Ace, aided by a Mannett Point resident named Reki, infiltrated the warehouse. The smuggler's objective was to download the entire database in order to locate a Separatist named Skavak, who had absconded with his ship and a shipment of weapons belonging to Rendia Freight. After eliminating numerous guards within the warehouse, the smuggler successfully gained access to the database. As the data download progressed, 4-SEN's sensors registered the presence of the deceased guards, triggering a red alert within the warehouse and prompting the droid to inform Gorry. However, the droid failed to detect Ace, remaining unaware of the intruder's presence. The smuggler then engaged Gorry in conversation, questioning the last time 4-SEN's sensors had been calibrated and suggesting that they were likely malfunctioning, thus negating the need for an alarm. Gorry concurred, and he and 4-SEN departed, allowing the smuggler to complete his mission and escape undetected.
While serving as a separatist, Gorry donned the standard red and yellow attire and armor characteristic of separatist troopers. He carried a blaster pistol as his sidearm, holstered at his hip.
Gorry is a non-player character featured in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game Star Wars: The Old Republic, which was released by BioWare in 2011. He plays a role in the storyline quest for the smuggler class, appearing in a specific mission. Players choosing the dark side path have the option to directly attack and eliminate Gorry and 4-SEN instead of persuading them to leave. Players of other factions cannot interact with or encounter Gorry unless they are partied with a smuggler who is actively undertaking the mission.
