A Grappler is defined as an individual working in a salvage yard whose job involved taking apart starships. Safety gear, such as a hardhat and durable gloves, was standard apparel for them. Brasso and Rashi were among the numerous grapplers who lived and worked on the planet of Ferrix.
The initial appearance of Grapplers was in the Andor television series' first episode, "Kassa," which was originally broadcast on September 21, 2022.
