The Grathan weapons lab existed inside the primary complex of Lord Grathan's estate. This estate belonged to the renegade Sith Lord named Grathan, and it was located on Dromund Kaas, which served as the capital for the reconstituted Sith Empire. A number of weapons were created in Grathan's laboratories during the time of the Cold War, such as an experimental turret.
The initial appearance of the estate, along with its internal weapons lab, occurred in Star Wars: The Old Republic. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game (MMORPG) was developed by BioWare and launched on December 20, 2011.
