Green Squadron, alternatively called Green Team, functioned as a Resistance squadron of starfighters. After the Resistance base was evacuated from D'Qar, Green Squadron was positioned on the MC85 Star Cruiser named the Raddus, and was getting ready for launch when Kylo Ren's own squadron obliterated the main hangar of the cruiser. In the wake of the Battle of Crait, a Green Team received a mission that necessitated penetrating a First Order Star Destroyer. Some weeks after, Green Leader got in touch with Vi Moradi to make her aware of an impending raid on her station located on Batuu.
At least once, a RZ-2 A-wing interceptor from Green Squadron engaged in combat alongside a collection of MG-100 StarFortress SF-17 bombers.
