Grus

Grus, a Klatooinian pilot and also a pirate, belonged to a pirate organization that maintained an alliance with the Mother who led the Path of the Open Hand cult. The Mother ensured their allegiance by providing intelligence regarding optimal raid locations. Back in 382 BBY, the Mother dispatched Binnot Ullo, a member of the Path, with the task of coordinating the pirate crew to facilitate the escape of Axel Greylark from the Republic Correctional Facility situated on Pipyyr. Grus acted as the pilot of a cargo vessel, successfully extracting Greylark. Subsequently, Grus navigated the ship to the moon of Jedha, where Ullo and Greylark disembarked. Furthermore, Grus skillfully destroyed a Galactic Republic Pathfinder ship that had been pursuing them in an attempt to seize Greylark once more.
