The vicious creatures referred to as Gugverms inhabited the underbelly of Nar Shaddaa, a moon situated in the Outer Rim. These creatures were a constant problem until Malakili, a human in his youth, decided to train them to deter them from pilfering food from local shops. Over time, these gugverms transitioned from trained animals to cherished companions, friends, and personal bodyguards.
