Hal's Parts Store

Hal's Parts Store, a business situated on a hangar deck level of the Wheel space station, operated throughout the Galactic Civil War which was a conflict between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. The store held a supply of components for starships, vehicles, and associated technology. Common parts were openly displayed, and additional parts could be ordered for delivery from a warehouse, either directly to the store or to the customer's starship. Hal Lars, a Human who managed the shop, also provided starship repair services. As Lars aged, he began to depend on cybernetic enhancements to aid his hearing and vision while at the store. Lars possessed a comprehensive understanding of starships, was well-informed about events occurring on the Wheel, and had an exceptional memory for past customers and their issues, all of which he would share, for a fee.
