If the leader was a female, they were called Head Girl, and if they were male, they were called Head Boy. After the previous Head, Jabbat, vanished under mysterious circumstances, Lady Proxima proposed the position to both Han and Qi'ra separately, requiring them to fulfill a specific assignment. Once the assignment was done, Han, Qi'ra, and Rebolt became the final candidates for the role of Head. Before Proxima could announce her choice, Han disclosed that Qi'ra had declined an opportunity to journey across the galaxy out of dedication to Proxima, a revelation that ultimately secured the position for her.
