Headhunter Flight, a fighter squadron comprised of Vandangante outlaw techs, was rapidly formed in 2 BBY after the Corporate Sector Authority attacked their base on Sarlucif. Han Solo happened to be there, engaged in discussions with Jessa Vandangante about modifications for the Millennium Falcon, when the invasion occurred. To rescue his crippled vessel, Solo took on the mantle of Headhunter Leader. The squadron was structured into three elements, each with two ships, totaling six ships. Headhunter Two served as Han's wingman. Jessa's call sign was Headhunter Three, and her Lafrarian wingman piloted Headhunter Four. Two brothers, both outlaw techs, flew Headhunter Five and Headhunter Six.
