Helm officer

Helmsmen, who are also known as helm officers, functioned as pilots for sizable starships and were officers within naval branches of armed forces. Within the Chiss Ascendancy, these helm officers frequently developed strong bonds with the youthful sky-walker navigators belonging to the sky-walker corps, due to their close collaborative efforts.

Prior to becoming a commander in the Alliance to Restore the Republic's 61st Mobile Infantry, Tohna served as a helm officer.
