Hesker

Hesker was a male Human general within the Imperial Guard of the reconstituted Sith Empire during the time of the Cold War.

Biography

The individual known as General Hesker was known to be a tactical genius on the battlefield, a skilled pilot, and a nearly unstoppable force in combat. His first experience in military conflict occurred when he was a young man during the Sacking of Coruscant. Assigned to the initial group of shuttles set to land on the planet's surface, his unit's purpose was to serve as a diversion, drawing the initial fire from the Republic forces. However, Hesker refused to simply be used as blaster fodder. Instead, he led his squad in a powerful offensive that shattered the Republic's defensive lines, turning the battle into a complete Imperial victory.

Hesker during the Battle of Corellia

He rapidly garnered attention within both the Imperial Military and the Imperial Guard, and his subsequent actions firmly cemented his status as one of the Empire's most celebrated military figures. During the Cold War, Hesker rose to become the commander of the Imperial Guard stationed on Corellia during the Battle of Corellia, and he assisted the Imperial spacers during their raid on the Green Jedi Enclave.

Eventually, he found himself on Ilum when Darth Malgus proclaimed himself Emperor of the New Empire. Selected as the pilot for the Imperial strike team during the Battle of Ilum, he guided them and offered aerial support until he was shot down by Darth Serevin, ejecting at the last possible moment as his craft plummeted into a ravine. Following Serevin's demise, the strike team commandeered his vessel, which Hesker then piloted to Malgus's space station. While the strike team was fighting their way to Malgus, Hesker engaged in aerial combat with the stealth armada. After Malgus was defeated, he rescued the team from the space station, which was about to self-destruct. Later, he was in attendance at the debriefing alongside the strike team and other prominent Imperial leaders.
