HH-15 projectile launcher

The HH-15 projectile launcher from Golan Arms, a missile launcher designed to be fired from the shoulder, saw extensive use among the Rebel Alliance's ground troops, most notably within the Rebel vanguard divisions.

Description

An HH-15 torpedo warhead

Golan Arms engineered the HH-15 projectile launcher to be compatible with a range of ammunition, including scaled-down concussion missiles, proton torpedoes, and shells designed to penetrate armor. Each unit had a price of 2000 credits and a weight of 12 kilograms. Despite being an older design compared to its Imperial equivalent, the MiniMag PTL, and possessing inferior targeting systems, numerous Rebel soldiers developed considerable skill in manually aiming the missile launcher to achieve target lock. Furthermore, its robust construction allowed for operation in harsh environments and conditions, such as the frigid climate of Hoth. Many HH-15 launchers were utilized during the Battle of Hoth. Certain models were modified by Rebel vanguards to enable the firing of two missiles with each trigger pull. To accommodate this modification, these versions had a missile capacity of 8, instead of the standard 7, and saw action on various battlefields throughout the Galactic Civil War.
