Hill 461, situated on the planet of Ruusan, was a geographical feature. It was positioned roughly 50 klicks to the south of Fort Nowhere, and also lay southwest relative to the residence of Grif and Carole Grawley.
During the year 5 ABY, Grif journeyed to this location in order to manage his gra livestock, setting up camp for the duration of the night. It was at this time he came across an Imperial probe droid, specifically designated PD 4786.
