The religious group referred to as the Holy Order of the Je'ulajists came into being after Michael Tandre, a Jedi Knight and geologist, experienced a crash landing of his starship, the Alpha Kentrum, on the planet known as Orellon II. Following his encounter with the Kentra, the planet's native inhabitants, he rose to the position of their spiritual guide, imparting the tenets of Sword, Plow, and Spirit. He established the Temple of the Je'ulajists and devised a collection of computer programs designed to perpetuate his doctrines for an extended period after his death.
Following the passing of Tandre, the Order continued its operations. His lightsaber, though devoid of any remaining energy, was preserved as a sacred artifact known as the "Sword of Honor." In remembrance of Tandre, the Kentra bestowed upon the order a name derived from a modified pronunciation of "geologists."
