Hovarb Devist

Hovarb Devist was a duplicate created through the process of cloning from the original individual, Soontir Fel.

Grand Admiral Thrawn placed him as a member of a dormant group of Fel clones on the world of Pakrik Minor. Subsequently, he encountered the remaining individuals in their hidden unit: Dobrow, Carib, Sabmin, and Tabric. Together with the other members of Jenth-44, he chose to support the New Republic with the understanding that they would be allowed to live in peace.
