Tabric Devist, a clone originating from Soontir Fel's genetic material, belonged to a covert group of Fel clones. These clones were strategically positioned on Pakrik Minor by Grand Admiral Thrawn. Subsequently, he encountered the remaining individuals within their sleeper cell: Dobrow, Carib, Sabmin, and Hovarb. Together with the other members of Jenth-44, he chose to support the New Republic, stipulating that they be allowed to live in peace.
