Hunters: Battle for the Arena, a novel aimed at middle-grade readers, is penned by Mark Oshiro. It serves as a tie-in to the video game Star Wars: Hunters, developed by Zynga. Disney–Lucasfilm Press released the book in the United States on March 7, 2023, followed by a UK release on March 9, 2023.

The Grand Arena is located on Vespaara, and it consists of a series of battlefields. Within this arena, fighters known as Hunters compete in teams before large, enthusiastic crowds. Rieve, a Force-sensitive orphan originating from Corellia, is the newest addition to their ranks. She possesses abilities that she struggles to control and a past she is eager to escape. Rieve's beginning is challenging, as she grapples with a lack of confidence both within the Arena and in her interactions with her fellow Hunters. Furthermore, when a mysterious individual starts observing the Arena, Rieve worries that her problematic past has finally found her.
