Hyperframe

During the High Republic Era, in the time period, hyperframes functioned as mechanisms that enabled starships to make journeys via hyperspace. These triangular-shaped constructs housed a navidroid, which the pilot of the ship could use to input the necessary spatial data. Once the starships completed their hyperspace travel, these devices could be discarded, which then allowed the ship to move freely. Jedi Order starfighters, specifically the Jedi Vector models, employed hyperframes in that time period.
