Ickabel G'ont was a musician of the Bith species, identified as female, and she played the double jocimer. She was a member of the musical band known as Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes. G'ont, along with her fellow bandmates, performed at Chalmun's Spaceport Cantina on the planet Tatooine in the period leading up to the Battle of Yavin. It was during one of these performances that Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi came to the cantina seeking a pilot to transport them to the planet Alderaan. Later in her life, she authored an autobiography reflecting on her time with the band, which she titled The Lady Has a Jocimer: My Life as a Modal Node, A Memoir.
