Idda was an engineer of the female persuasion, and a member of the Mriss species; she toiled on the Wookiee starship known as the Namrelllew circa 22 BBY. Not long after the Clone Wars had commenced, Idda's path crossed with that of Senator Padmé Amidala, who at the time was operating incognito aboard the vessel while undertaking a mission on behalf of the Galactic Senate.
