Ilohians were a group of human people who originated on the planet called Iloh. The most notable physical characteristic of the Ilohians was their naturally green hair, a very uncommon hair color for humans unless they used hair dyes. Because Iloh had a tropical environment, Ilohian fashion took inspiration from it, and they frequently used "iridescent combs made of (local) shells" to keep their hair in place and style it, and they also wore simple pearl decorations as jewelry.
Tian Karmiya, an Imperial commander, was an Ilohian, as was Kendy Idele, an Imperial turned-Rebel soldier and pilot. When Princess Leia Organa from Alderaan first met Amilyn Holdo, who was a Gatalentan, she thought her to be Ilohian because Holdo had dyed her hair green.
