Imdaar Alpha, according to legends, was a satellite orbiting the planet Imdaar. The massive Imdaar Alpha research station, commanded by Grand Admiral Martio Batch, was anchored to a large portion of one hemisphere of this moon. This station was responsible for the creation of an advanced cloaking device and the original TIE Phantoms. Due to the station's use of cloaking technology, the moon appeared uninhabited, as the station was rendered invisible.
After the explosion of the Imperial facility, the moon experienced a considerable reduction in its overall mass.
