The Imperial blockade of Lothal refers to the Galactic Empire's blockade, which aimed to limit trade and economic activity on Lothal, an Outer Rim planet. As this blockade was occurring, Lando Calrissian, a smuggler, engaged the services of the Spectres for the purpose of smuggling a puffer pig onto Lothal to search for valuable mining resources.
