During the era of the Galactic Civil War, around 1.5 ABY, a classified communication known as Imperial Naval Communiqué 31756 was dispatched. This transmission originated from Ysanne Isard, who held the position of Director of Imperial Intelligence. It was directed towards high-ranking officers within the Imperial naval forces. The communiqué contained an intercepted message from the Alliance to Restore the Republic, specifically a call to action from Princess Leia Organa, a prominent figure in the Alliance. Organa's transmission urged Alliance forces to converge on three cities: Bestine located on Tatooine, Dearic situated on Talus, and Keren found on Naboo. Isard's message further detailed that Imperial squadrons would be assigned to capture each of these locations, and that Darth Vader himself was keenly interested in the operation.
