Imperial Sector Control functioned as a division of the Galactic Empire throughout the duration of the Galactic Civil War. Following her abandonment on Accresker Jail, Captain-Inspector Magna Tolvan contacted Imperial Sector Control, requesting they cease their planetstrike operation aimed at Tiferep Major, a planet with sympathies towards the Rebel Alliance, and further requesting the deployment of tractor tugs. Her directives were rejected because Control was under the impression that Tolvan had been replaced by a rebel operative.
