An Imperial storage facility, situated in the Riverlands area of the planet Corellia, was actively utilized during the era of the Galactic Civil War. The Galactic Empire secretly employed it as a research and development hub.

Following the Battle of Yavin, the Galactic Empire took control of the site. Despite its official designation as a warehouse, it served as a clandestine military research center. The Imperial scientists stationed there were tasked with creating a novel form of concentrated energy. In 1 ABY, T'licl Zanedi, an Ithorian scientist working at the "warehouse," made contact with the Rebel Alliance. Zanedi revealed to them the true purpose of the Imperial endeavor. Subsequently, Officer Qual'do Herm of the Rebel forces dispatched a team of Rebel agents to raid the storage facility. Consequently, the Rebel soldiers launched an assault on the building, which was protected by a unit of stormtroopers. Ultimately, they successfully gained entry to the research center and absconded with the project's design specifications, developmental documentation, and a sample of the newly developed energy substance.
The Imperial warehouse appeared as a location within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was created by Sony Online Entertainment and distributed by LucasArts, before its shutdown on December 15, 2011. The Imperial warehouse was integrated into the game via the updated "Rebel Theme Park," which was launched alongside the "Chapter 6" update on May 22, 2007.
