The incinerator war droid represented a type of battle droid utilized by the Galactic Empire during the early stages of the Galactic Civil War.
These droids were quite large, standing multiple meters in height. They featured a flamethrower, a tibanna gas tank, and a substantial blast shield as part of their design. They were an evolved form of the carbonite war droid, modified to incorporate a flamethrower in place of a carbonite projector.

The development of these war droids was complete by 1 BBY. The project was known for its high number of industrial accidents and casualties. Captain Kamer Suu, a defector, provided information about them.
A clone of Galen Marek faced several incinerator war droids on Kamino. Furthermore, some of these droids participated in the Imperial invasion of the Nebulon-B Frigate called the Salvation which was positioned above Kamino. Some were used to destroy the communications equipment on the Salvation, before the clone destroyed the droids in an attempt to restore communication with the Rebellion.
The incinerator war droids made their initial appearance in the video game Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II, released in 2010.
