Inkbomb

Treis Sinde throwing an inkbomb. Inkbombs functioned as explosives designed to unleash a dispersing cloud of ink. Their primary application was in underwater settings, where they served to disorient and visually impair adversaries. A notable instance of their use occurred during the Second Imperial Civil War, when Imperial Knight Treis Sinde deployed inkbombs in an assault against a squad of seatroopers. The resulting ink cloud compromised the seatroopers' visibility, compelling them to activate infra-red sensors; this tactical shift created an opportunity for Sinde to execute a surprise attack while they were adapting their sensory input.
