During 0 BBY, Brenn Tantor resided on the ship while undergoing officer training. It transported both Brashin and the young officer across the galaxy to various conflict zones, serving as an orbital command hub for numerous ground engagements.
To effectively serve as the Grand General's mobile command post, the Inquisitor was specially outfitted. Brashin, known for his enthusiasm for technology, equipped it with a Battlefield Holographic Control Interface. It also carried a collection of unique ground units, including AT-PTs and TR-SDs, along with a substantial supply of fully constructed prefabricated garrison structures.
When Tantor defected to the Rebel Alliance in 3 ABY, Brashin pursued him to Trasse, where Tantor was in the process of attempting to steal an All Terrain Armored Transport.
As Tantor prepared to extract the walker, the Inquisitor arrived in the system. The Inquisitor maneuvered to intercept Tantor's retreat, but Tantor seized control of a planetary ion cannon and used it to fire on the Star Destroyer, disabling it. The Inquisitor was last observed adrift in the Trasse asteroid field as Tantor successfully escaped; however, Brashin managed to survive the encounter.
