The Integrity, a light cruiser belonging to the Carrack-class, functioned as the flagship for Home Fleet Strike Group Five within the Galactic Republic. Lieutenant Commander Lorth Needa commanded the vessel. It took part in the Battle of Coruscant, where it, along with other starships from its unit, successfully cornered the Separatist Alliance flagship named Invisible Hand.
