The once-operational Iron Mine, located within the Talcim Cluster, was a derelict asteroid mining operation. Subsequently, the Galactic Empire repurposed it into a clandestine research center for advanced weaponry. In the course of the Galactic Civil War, the Rebel Alliance launched an assault on this fortified location.
