Isotope-5 droids represented a powerful type of battle droid manufactured by the Hutt Cartel. These droids derived their power from a scarce material known as Isotope-5. Noteworthy examples within this class encompassed Toborro's Glittering Fury, the rogue Golden Fury, and a variant that could be outfitted and commanded by the Archon Szajin. A number of these droids met their demise in lava, courtesy of an Imperial assault team.
